About Us
Cabin Branch Forest is a Self-Managed community. Like all other planned communities, we have Bylaws and Rules that govern our community. All projects and activities, as well as the Board of Directors, is managed by neighborhood volunteers. We encourage all members to participate in this process and, thereby, making our community everything we hoped it would be when we signed the contract to buy our house.
Please take the time to read the Homeowner Documents cover to cover. We know they are dry and, at times, written in “legalese,” but they will answer almost every question you could have about the community. Please plan on attending some of the community meetings. Times and Locations are posted on the event calendar. We do ask that you rsvp if you do plan on attending a Board of Directors meeting so that space can be provided that will accommodate all.
